• Experience in Enterprise application support and Hypercare Microsoft Dynamics Oracle SAP etc.
• Incident Problem Management: Monitor and prioritize support tickets.
• Ensure timely resolution of critical issues and escalate when necessary.
• Team Coordination between offshore and onshore across the cross functional teams working in project.
• Assign tasks to support engineers and track progress.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
