AI ARCHITECT

Enterprise AI | Agentic AI | GenAI | LLM Architecture

ROLE SUMMARY

The AI Architect will define end-to-end agentic AI frameworks, ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, governance, security, and compliance, while partnering with Engineering, QE, Security, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business & Stakeholder Leadership

• Translate business problems into agent-driven solution blueprints.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases.
• Provide executive guidance on enterprise AI adoption and roadmaps.

Architecture & Design

• Define architectures for single-agent, multi-agent, hierarchical, and tool-using AI systems.
• Design LLM-driven workflows with reasoning, planning, memory, tools, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Architect RAG and tool-augmented AI solutions using enterprise data sources and APIs.

Governance, Risk & Guardrails

• Establish AI governance for safety, explainability, auditability, bias mitigation, and compliance.
• Define AI lifecycle management from design through retirement.
• Develop testing and certification standards for AI systems.

Core AI & GenAI

• Deep expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, and reasoning.
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and knowledge grounding.
• Experience with LoRA/QLoRA and AI evaluation strategies.

Architecture & Engineering

• Strong background in distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
• Proficiency in Python and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience leading technical teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform AI platforms.
• Experience in regulated enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical leadership and mentoring experience.
