Senior SAP SD OTC Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior SAP SD Order-to-Cash (OTC) Consultant with strong SAP S/4HANA experience to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP SD processes. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in Order-to-Cash, hands-on SAP configuration experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a high-volume enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SD Order-to-Cash implementations, enhancements, and production support.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP SD solutions.
• Configure and optimize Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Returns, and Credit Management processes.
• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP) solutions.
• Collaborate with MM, FICO, PP, and EWM teams to deliver integrated business processes.
• Prepare functional specifications and work closely with ABAP and technical teams.
• Support integrations with CRM, eCommerce, APIs, IDOCs, and middleware platforms.
• Participate in testing, UAT, deployments, release management, and production support.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and SAP best practices.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide functional leadership.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP SD functional consulting experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC).
• Recent hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP).
• Strong experience with Sales Order Management, Pricing, Condition Technique, Billing, Shipping, Returns, and Credit Management.
• Strong integration experience with SAP MM, FICO, PP, and EWM.
• Experience with IDOCs, APIs, and middleware integrations.
• Experience working in complex, high-volume SAP environments.
• Exposure to BRF+, Advanced Pricing, and Fiori is a plus.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
