Title: Investment Banking Senior Vice President
Location: Dallas, TX
Our client is a growing Middle Market Investment Bank seeking to add a Senior Vice President to its Healthcare Services & Residential Services Investment Banking team. This individual will play a critical role in expanding the firm's presence across the sector by developing new client relationships, originating advisory opportunities, and winning M&A and capital advisory engagements.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development efforts across the Healthcare Services and Residential Services sectors, including cultivating relationships with founders, executives, private equity sponsors, and strategic acquirers.
- Originate and secure M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates.
- Develop and execute targeted coverage strategies to expand the firm's market presence within key subsectors.
- Lead client pitches, presentations, and engagement discussions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management teams, business owners, and financial sponsors throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape the strategic growth of the Healthcare Services practice.
- Partner with execution teams to ensure successful transaction delivery and exceptional client service.
- Identify emerging industry trends, market opportunities, and potential clients.
- Build and maintain an active pipeline of prospective mandates.
- Mentor and support junior and mid-level bankers, contributing to the growth and development of the broader team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of investment banking, M&A advisory, corporate development, or related financial services experience.
- Demonstrated success originating and developing client relationships within Healthcare Services, Residential Services, Behavioral Health, Senior Living, Home Health, Post-Acute Care, Specialty Healthcare, or related sectors.
- Strong network of industry executives, private equity firms, and strategic buyers.
- Proven ability to source opportunities, pitch clients, and win advisory mandates.
- Deep understanding of middle market M&A processes and transaction dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Highly entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and drive growth initiatives.
- Strong leadership capabilities and experience mentoring teams.
