This is an on-site position located at an existing practice near Thousand Oaks, CA. Relocation assistance might be provided for non-local candidates.

We are seeking Board-Certified Plastic Surgeons to join our partner clinics in key, high-demand markets.
Candidates should be committed to patient-first care, and eager to grow their practice and career with Adoreal’s support.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform a broad range of surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures with excellence and precision.
- Conduct patient consultations to understand goals, provide expert recommendations, and build customized treatment plans.
- Ensure the highest standard of patient care, safety, and satisfaction across all phases of treatment.
- Collaborate with clinical staff and Adoreal’s support team to enhance the patient experience and practice performance.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry best practices, new technologies, and emerging surgical techniques.
- Uphold the clinic’s reputation and represent the clinic’s values of excellence, transparency, and innovation.
- Board Certification in Plastic Surgery.
- Active and unrestricted U.S. medical license (or ability to obtain in California).
- Demonstrated experience with cosmetic surgical procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build patient trust and long-term relationships.
- Willingness and ability to live and work or relocate to Los Angeles, CA area.
