Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of Data Protection / Cloud Security experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview
• Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
• Microsoft Information Protection (MIP)
• Sensitive Information Types (SITs)
• Sensitivity Labels & Auto-Labeling
• Microsoft 365 E5 Security & Compliance
• eDiscovery & Insider Risk Management
• Experience tuning DLP policies, reducing false positives, and optimizing Purview environments
• Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Label taxonomy redesign
• Experience evaluating other data governance/security platforms
• Compliance or regulated industry experience

This is a very hands-on engineering role. The manager is looking for someone who has actually configured, optimized, and supported Microsoft Purview not someone with only general Microsoft 365 administration experience.
