The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics. • Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK. • Handle a variety of issues from flat batteries and tyre changes to complex fault-finding. • Ensure quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need. • Start and finish your workday from home. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A customer-focused approach and ability to remain calm under pressure. • A full UK driving licence.
