Consulting Manager - Agile Project Manager- 100% Onsite

Typical candidates will possess 10 to 12 years of project management experience delivering projects at the Enterprise Level in Agile and in blended environments 

Good to have - Experience in handling/managing security team .Direct oversight, management and accountability for the scope, schedule, resource and budget requirements of assigned projects Apply lean/agile values and principles at all phases of project activity while meeting any governance and regulatory constraints of the client organization Proficient in Scalable Agile Framework SAFe principles and discipline Establish and manage all Agile practices and ceremonies Remove impediments that hinder productivity or block the team s progress Work with team in the management of product back log and work effort estimations As a Scrum master, ensure that sprint planning, review and retrospective are complete with adequate rigor and quality Be a servant-leader and have the ability to lead teams and Product Owners without direct authority Core IT Competencies, needs to have knowledge of software delivery lifecycle and methodologies Agile and Waterfall Core Project Management Competencies Been a part of an Enterprise Project delivery of at least 2M and above Insurance Business Domain KnowledgeProficient in iterative, Agile and blended methodologies and their application in project delivery Agile Certified Practitioner PMI ACP or Certified Scrum Master CSM preferred Strong Verbal and Written communication skills.Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of highly complex, multi-million-dollar security programs across multiple workstreams.Direct and inspire a large, diverse team of 50 to 60 members, including project managers, security architects, analysts, and engineers.Experience in handling/managing security related program
