Designer/Modeler I - Product Engineering Support

Location: Moline, IL Salary: $32.00 USD Hourly - $36.00 USD Hourly Description: Our client is currently seeking a Designer/Modeler I - Product Engineering Support

Location: Moline, IL
Duration: 12+ months
Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Creo for 3D modeling and drafting.
• Working knowledge of PDM/Windchill for data and document management.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams to develop and maintain CAD models and technical drawings.
• Capability to perform basic tolerance stack-up calculations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of ASME Y14.5 Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) standards.
• Familiarity with Creo modeling best practices and design methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Experience annotating and detailing models within Creo.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and maintain CAD models and engineering drawings using Creo.
• Partner with engineers to translate design concepts into accurate technical documentation.
• Support product development activities by ensuring models and drawings comply with established standards and best practices.
• Perform basic tolerance analysis and assist in maintaining design quality and manufacturability.
