The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics. • Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK. • Handle a variety of tasks including battery changes, tyre replacements, and complex fault-finding. • Offer reassurance and quick, confident solutions to members in need. • Start and finish your workday from home, bringing your expertise directly to the roadside. • Embrace variety with new challenges and different customer interactions daily. What You'll Need • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A strong customer-focused approach. • A full UK driving licence. • Ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet. • A commitment to being a proud ambassador for roadside assistance.
