Service Design Lead - End-to-End ITIL & Ops

Transport for NSW is seeking a Service Design Specialist to support the delivery of technology-enabled solutions, embedding service design from project inception through to operations. You will work with project teams to ensure end-to-end service design readiness for operational use.

You will collaborate with projects delivering operational technology, maintain the operations technology catalogue, and ensure ITIL-aligned service designs while supporting governance for smooth implementation.
