Position: AI Engineers

Location: 100% Remote.

 Duration / Method:  12 M CTH.

Required Qualifications

5+ years in software development; 2+ years in AI/ML-focused projects.

2+ years of programming experience in Python and experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.

2+ years' experience with Gen AI/LLM/NLP/MLOps or similar methodologies.

Backend development experience (enterprise-class apps).

Knowledge of NLP and prompt engineering.

Experience with CI/CD, Git, automated testing.

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

Ability to set up and optimize data stores (RDBMS/NoSQL).

Experience fine-tuning LLMs/SLMs

Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is a plus

Solid understanding of rule-based processing and data-driven content generation

Understanding of architecture best practices to enable scalable solutions for data engineering pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience developing computational methods and algorithms.

Experience in software development.

Hands-on with React and front-end development.

Familiarity with microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and GenAI frameworks.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Understanding of AI/ML infrastructure on cloud platforms.

Exposure to MLOps practices and tools
