Full Stack Developer

We are seeking an experienced and driven Full Stack Developer with a strong background in the telecommunications and networking domain. This is an urgent, on-site (5 days a week) role located in Middletown, NJ.

Candidates must possess hands-on expertise in modern cloud platforms, backend architecture, and full-stack development. The interview process is fast-tracked with a "One and Done" on-site interview.

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack applications tailored to telecommunications and networking infrastructure.

• Build robust backend services, APIs, and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.

• Architect and manage cloud-native solutions across AWS and Azure environments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional network engineering and product teams to integrate software solutions with telecom systems.

• Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of distributed microservices architecture.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Domain Experience: Proven professional experience working within the Telecom and Network industry.

• Backend Development: Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.

• Architecture: Deep understanding and hands-on experience designing and building Microservices.

• Cloud Platforms: Proficient in both AWS and Azure cloud services and deployments.

• Full Stack Capabilities: Experience bridging frontend technologies with robust backend architectures.
