This role is crucial in ensuring our construction machinery and equipment are ready for client use, contributing to seamless project execution across various industries. The Role • Prepare construction machinery and equipment for rental operations. • Conduct check-out of rental equipment, providing competent operational guidance to customers. • Manage the return (check-in) of rental equipment, identifying and documenting any damages. • Perform inspections, maintenance, and refurbishment of machinery and equipment, including UVV checks. • Carry out minor repairs and maintenance in the workshop, on-site, or at customer locations. • Ensure the cleanliness of the operating premises and maintain order on the company grounds. What You'll Need • Technical or vocational training in a relevant field is desirable. • Proven experience in equipment maintenance and servicing, ideally as an automotive mechanic, mechatronics technician, or warehouse staff. • A strong sense of responsibility, with a reliable and precise approach to equipment management. • A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. • A valid driver's license, at least Class B. • Familiarity with PCs and smartphones for communication and work documentation. • Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
