The Team

Our diverse Services business provides 24/7 servicing for hospitals, utilities, data centres, support for the resources sector and much more. Our portfolio covers UPS, critical cooling equipment, LV/MV switchgear, transformers, substation monitoring and a range of ancillary equipment. We enable owners, end users and custodians to minimise break downs, increase reliability, efficiency and safety while reducing costs and simplifying operations.

Opportunity

Our Services team is growing and with growth comes opportunity. We are currently seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our NSW team. Based in Sydney, you will bring your proven leadership experience and technical knowledge to lead others across our Secure Power teams (Uninterruptible Power Supply, batteries, etc.).

You will lead a passionate team of specialist Service Representatives who are "Wired Differently" - they get up early, travel far and tackle the toughest problems on the fly. They thrive on independence, problem solving and making a real impact every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Service Representatives across our growing New South Wales operations.
  • Manage team performance, development and resource utilisation to enhance delivery, using Schneider tools and adhering to established processes.
  • Interact frequently with customers, focusing on account management and developing new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive customer outcomes and secure ongoing growth and success across emerging markets.
  • Play a technical role and act as a role model for best practice in systems, internal processes and digital tools.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on project status, business performance, financials and key metrics.
  • Contribute to workforce planning, subcontractor resource management, special projects and other proactive business improvement initiatives.
  • Role model HSE, quality and nurture future talent through apprentices and broader team development.
Ideal Candidate
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Electrician or similar Technical Trade) and proven experience in a similar leadership role.
  • Proven leadership capabilities and experience managing technical resources within a comparable organisation or market (Services, Maintenance, etc.).
  • Well developed project management skills and experience delivering diverse technical projects to customers.
  • Intermediate IT skills, confident in using data to shape decisions, generate reports and provide specialist commentary.
  • Strong problem solving abilities and ability to achieve outcomes through people in a high tempo environment.
  • Additional qualifications (Project Management, Engineering, etc.) will be viewed favourably.
