Responsibilities
  • Drives revenue and market growth through identifying new opportunities, acquiring new clients, forming strategic partnerships and entering new markets.
  • Fuels long-term value lead generation, nurturing client relationships and devising strategies that contribute directly to business expansion and revenue generation.
  • Research new industries, identify market gaps and study competitors to identify and act on new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet company targets, overseeing the entire sales cycle, including proposals and negotiations.
  • Acting as a bridge between marketing efforts and supports the launching of new products by defining target audiences and finding new sales channels.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record in sales, marketing or business development.
  • Strong commercial awareness and skills in networking, negotiation, and strategic planning to navigate complex long-cycle sales.
  • Strong ability to create persuasive sales pitches, navigate project contracts and close deals.
  • Ability to analyse market trends, identify new business opportunities to align with company strategic goals.
  • Independent and a good team player with ability to work effectively in a collaborative global team environment.
  • Minimum 10 years working experience in instrument sales/marketing or business development in OGPC and Industrial markets and able to travel.
  • Bachelor's Degree - In Marketing/Engineering or related field.
  • Visiting channels, customers and exhibitions (as exhibitor/visitor).
  • Sales Plan of 1.0M (2H 2026).
