Title: Full Stack Developer

Compensation:
Pay Range: $130,000-$200,000 Per Year

• You will work with a diverse technology stack, including front-end and back-end technologies.

• Focus on AI development and the entire stack, from front-end to back-end.
• Own and design AI-based workflows and systems.
• Engage in system architecture design and evolution.
• Make informed decisions on technology and architecture.
• Integrate AI capabilities thoughtfully and effectively.
• Champion quality, maintainability, and scalability in development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and evolve system architecture across the full stack.
• Architect and build client-facing and internal applications.
• Develop AI agents and orchestration pipelines.
• Ensure maintainability, scalability, and testability in development.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand client needs.

Qualifications:
• Experience working across the full stack with a strong grasp of software design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents and modern frameworks.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and API design.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and provide constructive feedback.
• Genuine curiosity about the business and product development process.

• React | Python | .NET | Postgres | AI frameworks
