Location: Remote, US
Mode: Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate SAFe Events: Lead Iteration Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, and support PI Planning breakouts.
- Maintain Compliance: Ensure deliverable user stories meet HIPAA, HITRUST, and health data regulatory standards.
- Clear Blockers: Unblock engineering teams, manage dependencies across the ART, and escalate risks to the RTE.
- Drive Improvement: Coach teams on Lean-Agile principles, flow metrics, and continuous delivery.
Key Requirements
- Certification: Active SAFe® 6 Scrum Master (SSM) certification (Required).
- Experience: 3+ years as a Scrum Master, with at least 1+ years in a SAFe/ART environment.
- Domain: 2+ years of experience in Healthcare, HealthTech, Payer, or Provider systems.
- Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Azure DevOps, or Jira Align.
