Job Description

We are currently looking for experienced UI/UX Designers to join our growing talent network.

Each client engagement is different. Some may focus on UI and visual design while others may require a broader designer who can support the full design process from user needs through final designs.

Please note: We are currently talent pooling for future client opportunities. Placement depends on your skills, experience and suitable client availability. Joining our talent network does not guarantee immediate placement.

Location: Remote (United States)

Commitment:
Fractional Engagements (Minimum 10 hours per week)

Compensation:
$18–$27 USD per hour, depending on location, experience and client requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement visually appealing and user-centric front-end interfaces for web applications
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and define design requirements and objectives
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design concepts
  • Code responsive websites and applications using modern front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Optimize web interfaces for maximum speed and scalability
  • Work closely with back-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
  • Stay updated on best practices in UX/UI design and front-end development
  • Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Execute new ways of working, utilising the latest software and models disrupting the design and development industries.
  • Proven experience as a Front-End Developer and/or UX/UI Designer
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both design work and front-end development projects
  • Proficient in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing
  • Ability to develop responsive and adaptive designs
  • Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git
  • Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma
  • Understanding of SEO principles and the ability to implement them within web applications
  • Familiarity with web accessibility standards
  • Based in the United States
  • Available to support clients across U.S. time zones
  • Knowledge of animation and multimedia design is a plus
