Job Description

As a HR Business Partner, you'll work alongside senior leaders to shape culture, drive organisational performance and turn ambitious people plans into meaningful results. What's in it for you
- Salary of up to £65,000 plus 15% annual performance-based bonus

- Partner with senior leaders on organisational design, workforce planning, recruitment, retention, reward and development
- Lead key elements of the annual people cycle, including performance management, succession planning, talent development and pay reviews
- Use people data, metrics and organisational insight to support informed business decisions
- Drive employee engagement, inclusion and culture initiatives across the organisation
- Provide expert guidance on employment law, employee relations, policies and organisational risk
- Support strategic people projects and deputise for the People Director when required
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or Chartered CIPD status
- Proven experience partnering with executive and senior leadership teams
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and delivering organisation-wide people initiatives
- Experience using people data and insight to support strategic decision-making
- Ability to lead organisational change, workforce planning and complex employee relations matters
