Change Enablement Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Change Enablement Consultant in Tampa, FL.

Summary

The Change Enablement Consultant supports organizational change initiatives by developing and executing strategies that drive employee adoption and successful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead change enablement efforts across multiple projects, including large-scale transformation initiatives
• Assess change impacts, stakeholder readiness, risks, and resistance, and develop mitigation strategies
• Partner with HR, project teams, business leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption
• Develop and execute communication, training, and change management plans
• Create supporting materials such as FAQs, reference guides, workflows, videos, and training resources
• Track change deliverables, adoption metrics, project status, and resource needs
• Support enterprise change enablement programs, best practices, and continuous improvement

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Change Management, Communications, Human Relations, Public Relations, or related field
• 3+ years of experience supporting organizational change initiatives, including large-scale projects
• Strong knowledge of change management principles and best practices
• Excellent communication, facilitation, consulting, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work through ambiguity, and build strong relationships across all levels of an organization

Preferred:

• ACMP Practitioner or similar change management certification
• Utility industry experience
• Experience supporting large or multiple strategic transformation programs
• Background in change management, organizational development, communications, training, or program management

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
