Description:

AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced Cloud Data Architect Healthcare to lead the design, planning, and delivery of enterprise-scale cloud data architecture initiatives. This role will be responsible for driving data architecture, data modeling, and cloud-based data platform strategies while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable healthcare data solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with cloud technologies, enterprise data platforms, healthcare data standards, and technical leadership to support AI, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise data architecture, cloud, analytics, or data engineering initiatives.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing enterprise data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing solutions.
• Experience leading business intelligence, big data, and analytics projects in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience supporting healthcare data initiatives with knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR, HL7, and CCDA.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and enterprise data platforms.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including architects, data engineers, developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to executive and business audiences.
• Experience defining architecture roadmaps, project scope, milestones, success metrics, and implementation strategies.
• Experience with project planning, budgeting, resource planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
• Strong documentation skills including architecture documents, project plans, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
• Proven leadership skills managing technical teams, vendors, and enterprise-level initiatives.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, enterprise architecture principles, and data governance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within healthcare or other highly regulated industries.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance, security, privacy, and data governance frameworks.
• Experience supporting AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, or digital transformation programs.
• Familiarity with enterprise information management principles and modern cloud-native data architectures.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
• Customer-focused communication with the ability to influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
• Professional certifications such as TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, or equivalent cloud certifications.
• Experience working with modern enterprise data platforms, data lakes, and cloud-native analytics solutions.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or a related technical discipline.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience will also be considered.
