We're Hiring Team Leader - Inside Sales (B2C)


Are you a passionate sales leader with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams? We're looking for an experienced Team Leader - Inside Sales to join our growing organization.


Location: Bangalore


Experience Required:

️ 6+ years of experience in B2C/Inside Sales

️ Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Team Leader/Manager

️ Must have managed a team of 25-30 sales executives

️ Strong experience in target-driven sales environments


Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and mentor the Inside Sales team to achieve revenue targets

Monitor team performance and drive productivity

Conduct daily reviews, training sessions, and performance coaching

Analyze sales metrics and implement process improvements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business success


Preferred Skills:

️ Excellent leadership and communication skills

️ Hands-on experience with CRM tools and MS Excel

️ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

️ EdTech/B2C sales background will be an added advantage
