The Role • Conduct internal training sessions focused on optometric best practices. • Provide expert optometric consultations to customers and support colleagues. • Perform and ensure standardized refraction procedures within the team. • Oversee the technical equipment in the store and contribute to store management with your expertise. What You'll Need • Proven experience in refraction and/or contact lens fitting. • Completed certification as a Master Optician (Augenoptikermeister). • Excellent communication skills and a passion for delighting customers. • A strong team player attitude, dedicated to achieving organizational goals.
