Key Responsibilities:

• Years of experience in QA/Test Lead or QA/Test Manager roles
• Hands-on experience with data validation, data migration, and ETL testing.
• Experience leading functional testing across EHR modules, including clinical, scheduling, orders, medications, documentation, and billing, with validation of end-to-end workflows across clinical and administrative roles.
• Experience leading validation testing for data migration and conversion from legacy EHR and ancillary systems, including validation of patient, clinical, pharmacy, billing, and historical records for accuracy, completeness, and reconciliation.
• Experience in ensuring SaaS configuration changes and vendor releases is fully tested
• Coordinating testing of interfaces, inbound/outbound data feeds, and downstream reporting impacts.
• Creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, and test evidence.
• Coordinating testing activities with vendors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with test management tools such as Azure DevOps, ALM, or Jira.

• Prior experience with EHR implementations (clinical, pharmacy, billing workflows)
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards such as HL7, FHIR, CCD/A, ICD, and CPT, as applicable.
• Understanding of HIPAA, privacy, security, and government healthcare compliance requirements.
