The Role • Lead permanent and temporary works design for structures, highways, geotechnics, and infrastructure. • Provide tender and bid support, including outline design, feasibility studies, and innovative concepts. • Offer design management advice and coordination, acting as Lead Designer on multidisciplinary projects. • Conduct technical assessments and reviews of third-party designs. • Fulfill job leader responsibilities, including technical requirements, fee proposals, project finances, and delivery management. What You'll Need • Incorporated Engineer (IEng) status in a relevant professional institution, or EngTech with substantial experience. • Proven experience in civil and structural engineering. • A focused, disciplined, and thorough approach to work and client delivery. • A full driving licence.
