Location: Dallas Or Plano (3 Days Minimum Onsite in Hybrid Model)

Our client is a leading global automotive manufacturer driving enterprise-wide digital transformation through Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, cloud technologies, and intelligent automation. This role supports high-impact initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, procurement, finance, HR, and connected mobility. The Senior AI Engineer will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance decision-making, and deliver measurable business value.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen and is comfortable partnering with business leaders, architects, product owners, and engineering teams to translate business challenges into production-ready AI applications.

What You Will Do

·       Lead the design and development of enterprise Generative AI applications supporting critical business functions.

·       Build scalable AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and orchestration frameworks.

·       Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-value AI opportunities and convert requirements into technical solutions.

·       Mentor AI Engineers and establish engineering best practices for coding, testing, documentation, and deployment.

·       Collaborate with architects, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, and data teams to deliver secure, production-ready AI solutions.

·       Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements that align with enterprise strategy.

·       Optimize AI models for performance, reliability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.

·       Present technical recommendations, solution designs, and implementation updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.

What You Will Bring

·       Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related discipline.

·       7–10 years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years building AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.

·       Strong business acumen with the ability to understand enterprise processes and recommend AI-driven improvements.

·       Hands-on experience with Python, OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and cloud-native architectures.

·       Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills in large enterprise environments.

Preferred Qualifications

·       Experience within automotive, manufacturing, or industrial environments.

·       Knowledge of MLOps, AI governance, CI/CD, and enterprise software delivery.

·       Experience leading AI projects and mentoring technical teams.
