SAP Production Engineering & Operations (PEO) Solution Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Production Engineering & Operations (PEO) Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP PEO solutions within manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Digital Manufacturing, Production Engineering & Operations, Manufacturing Execution, Production Planning, and integration with SAP S/4HANA.

The Solution Architect will collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and manufacturing operations to define scalable solutions that improve production efficiency, product traceability, quality, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP PEO solution design and implementation initiatives.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams.
• Design and configure SAP Production Engineering & Operations (PEO) processes.
• Develop manufacturing execution and production engineering solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Define production process models, routings, work instructions, and manufacturing master data.
• Design and implement Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM) and Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) processes.
• Support production order execution, shop floor integration, and work instruction management.
• Integrate SAP PEO with SAP S/4HANA, SAP PP, SAP QM, SAP EWM, SAP MES, and SAP Digital Manufacturing solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to design scalable manufacturing solutions.
• Lead fit-gap workshops and recommend best practices for manufacturing process optimization.
• Support system testing, integration testing, UAT, and production deployment activities.
• Provide architectural guidance for enhancements, custom developments, and integrations.
• Create solution design documents, functional specifications, and technical architecture documentation.
• Support production operations and continuous process improvement initiatives.
