Candidates with experience in skilled trades, cabling, wiring, field service, telecommunications, home technology installation, electronics, or customer-facing technical roles are encouraged to apply. Comprehensive training will be provided on equipment, installation procedures, programming, and troubleshooting.

What You'll Do

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and program residential security systems
• Install and support burglar alarms, CCTV systems, surveillance cameras, DVRs, and access control equipment
• Upgrade and convert legacy security systems to new technology platforms
• Install and service door sensors, window contacts, glass break detectors, smoke detectors, and related devices
• Troubleshoot alarm communication and signal issues
• Test and verify proper system functionality following installation
• Educate customers on how to operate and manage their security equipment
• Provide exceptional customer service during every service call and installation
• Complete required job documentation and paperwork accurately
• Track equipment and materials used for each installation
• Maintain organized vehicle inventory and company equipment
• Ensure high-quality installations while minimizing return visits

Required Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools
• Experience working with wiring, cabling, or low-voltage systems
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently in a customer-facing environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism when interacting with customers

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
