Mechanical Project Manager

We’re looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join the Building Services Team of a good Mechanical Building Services Contractor located in London. Reporting to the Operations Manager or Project Director responsible for the project, you will effectively and professionally lead the day-to-day operational management on commercial projects.

Our client is a small-to-medium sized contractor we know well, established over 10 years. They specialise in the Interior Fitout and refurbishment sector and have an excellent name with an emphasis on projects located in Central London. Projects typically have a Mechanical value from approx. £1m to £6m.

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager who enjoys what they do professionally and is happy to be part of a small and growing team.

You should have appropriate qualifications and experience in Mechanical Building Services Management, a current valid CSCS card and SSSTS or SMSTS certificate and solid, stable experience managing Mechanical installations on commercial fitout projects for a mechanical sub-contractor.
