The Role
• Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into new revenue streams within an assigned territory.

• Prepare compelling proposals and negotiate contracts to achieve profitable outcomes.
• Deliver persuasive presentations and sales strategies that effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
• Stay informed about competitor activities, market conditions, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with local branches to develop and execute strategic sales action plans.
• Meticulously track and manage opportunities within CRM for accurate forecasting and reporting.
What You'll Need
• 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding targets.
• Demonstrated ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Confidence and skill in presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Strong organizational, time management, and planning capabilities.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• A self-starter attitude capable of independent work while also being a valuable team player.
