The Role • Lead the technical and operational aspects of a service center, ensuring adherence to company standards. • Oversee the repair and replacement of vehicle glass, including the calibration of driver assistance systems. • Manage daily operations, including customer consultation from order intake to vehicle handover. • Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, management of customer funds, and order processing. • Ensure quality assurance measures are implemented and audit-relevant standards are maintained. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a craft trade with several years of professional experience, ideally as a master craftsman, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist. • Willingness to undertake the relevant proficiency test or already possess a "Betriebsleiter (HWK)" qualification. • A valid Class B driver's license and good command of the German language, with PC proficiency. • Strong customer and service orientation, coupled with excellent communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, valuing trust and equal partnership.
