The Role • Lead technical operations, including vehicle glass repair and replacement, with ADAS calibration. • Assume responsibility for technical and operational oversight of the service center. • Deliver excellent customer service, from initial contact to vehicle handover. • Manage order processing, invoicing, and customer funds responsibly. • Implement quality assurance measures and ensure compliance with audit standards. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a craft trade, with a preference for automotive mechanics or bodywork experience. • Readiness to undertake the certified operations manager examination or possess existing relevant qualifications. • A strong commitment to inclusivity and our company values. • A valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and proficiency in administrative tasks. • Exceptional customer focus, service orientation, and strong communication abilities. • A collaborative spirit, with the ability to work independently and foster trust.
