Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Lead to join our Leasing division in a support and development capacity. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in .NET full-stack development, C#, SQL, GitLab, and Agile/Scrum and a proven ability to deliver production value in four-week increments, define technical roadmaps, and mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities:

• .NET full-stack development across web, API, and console applications with SQL backends.


• Refine and document technical needs in JIRA and translate business requirements into technical tasks and actionable items.


• Manage GitLab workflows including code reviews and merges into release branches.


• Help define and communicate the product and technology roadmap.


• Develop high-quality, clean, and maintainable code; enforce coding best practices and conduct code reviews across levels.


• Lead system architecture design to ensure performance, scalability, availability, and strong client experience.


• Serve as technical SME, mentor junior engineers, and lead team training initiatives.


• Ensure secure coding standards and integrate security best practices throughout the SDLC.


• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies; support technology selection and stakeholder communication.


• Define high-level application and platform architecture, including trade-offs and business impacts.


• Perform additional duties as assigned based on organizational needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in business or technology, or equivalent work experience.


• Ownership of development, implementation, assessment, and support for components of environments, applications, or platforms.


• Proficiency in .NET and C# with strong SQL and relational database knowledge.


• Experience delivering production value within four-week iterations on Scrum teams.


• GitLab experience with code review and release branch management.


• Capability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders.


• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in commercial lending across the loan lifecycle.


• Proficiency with ASP.NET, MVC, C#, and SQL in enterprise environments.


• JIRA and GitLab tooling experience.


• Experience working on geographically distributed teams.


• Basic understanding of Agile software development methodology.
