Cybersecurity Architect AI Identity & Authorization
Location: Dallas, TX

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Architect to design enterprise identity, authorization, and governance architecture for AI applications and AI agents. The architect will establish secure, scalable patterns for AI identities, delegated authorization, agent-to-agent/tool interactions, and non-human identities while partnering with IAM, Cloud Security, Application Security, AI Engineering, and Governance teams.
Mandatory Skills
  • 10+ years of Cybersecurity / IAM / Security Architecture experience
  • Strong Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance (IGA) experience
  • Hands-on architecture knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, token exchange, delegated authorization
  • Experience with AI/GenAI security, AI applications, AI agents, or agentic systems
  • Strong understanding of non-human/workload identities, service accounts, and machine-to-machine authentication
  • Experience designing authorization for:
    • User-to-Agent
    • Agent-to-Tool
    • Agent-to-Agent
    • Machine-to-Machine
  • Strong knowledge of Zero Trust / ZSP, least privilege, separation of duties, and context-aware access
  • Experience with PAM / Enterprise Access Management
  • Experience defining identity lifecycle governance including registration, ownership, credential issuance/rotation, recertification, suspension, and deprovisioning
  • Knowledge of short-lived credentials and workload identity
  • Experience with logging, monitoring, traceability, and audit evidence for identity and authorization decisions
  • Experience with cloud security and enterprise infrastructure integration
  • Ability to create reference architectures, security standards, design principles, roadmaps, and architecture decision records
  • Experience evaluating security/IAM vendors, tools, and emerging technologies
  • Understanding of AI agent security, MCP servers, agent tools, autonomous actions, and AI data-access paths
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working in a cross-functional technology environment
  • SAFe / Scaled Agile Framework experience

  • Consulting experience
  • Experience with AI Governance / AI Security Governance
  • Experience influencing enterprise security strategy and architecture decisions
  • Experience with strategic/financial analysis, risk management, and project change requests
