As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our UK team on a part-time basis.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll play a key role in delivering a professional, commercially focused HR service across our UK business. Working closely with managers and employees, you'll provide advice and support across the full employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and company policies.

You'll act as the key link between the UK HR function and our Dubai Head Office, helping to ensure consistency in HR processes, reporting and people practices where appropriate.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual changes, employee records and offboarding.
• Advising managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations matters and best practice.
• Supporting disciplinary, grievance, absence management and other employee relations processes.
• Managing monthly payroll administration, employee expenses, pensions and HR system updates.
• Producing HR reports, people metrics and Board reporting.
• Monitoring developments in UK employment legislation and supporting the implementation of compliant HR policies and practices.
• Supporting compensation and benefits benchmarking and employee engagement initiatives.
• Building strong relationships across our UK offices, showrooms and warehouses through regular regional travel.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues in both the UK and Dubai to support business objectives.

About You

You'll be an experienced HR professional who enjoys building trusted relationships and providing practical, commercially focused HR advice within a fast-paced environment.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience in a broad HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
• A sound understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience supporting employee relations cases from start to finish.
• Exposure to payroll administration and HR systems.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with sound judgement and commercial awareness.
• Willingness to travel to our UK locations as required.
• CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD is desirable but not essential.
