Job Description:

Overview:

Seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional delivery of complex AdTech and data-driven initiatives. This role is execution-focused, responsible for program governance, dependency management, and stakeholder coordination across engineering, ad sales, ad operations, data, and analytics teams.

In addition to core TPM responsibilities, the role requires strong business analysis capabilities to support requirement definition, solution design, and delivery of AI-enabled and data-driven use cases (e.g., forecasting, pricing optimization, audience targeting). The TPM will act as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business needs and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning and delivery of multi-team AdTech and data-driven programs
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies
  • Own program governance, milestones, and executive status reporting
  • Coordinate delivery across internal engineering teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize business and functional requirements
  • Translate business needs into structured requirements, including data inputs, outputs, and success metrics
  • Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions between business, product, and technical teams
  • Support delivery of AI/ML-enabled AdTech use cases (e.g., forecasting, optimization, targeting)
  • Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with business expectations
  • Ensure proper validation and interpretability of data and model outputs
  • Drive Jira-based execution and Confluence documentation
  • Coordinate testing activities, including UAT, ensuring solutions meet business requirements
  • Support release management and ensure adherence to SDLC and governance processes (including compliance where applicable)
  • Monitor program and solution performance, identifying risks, issues, and opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Support end-user adoption through clear documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 10 years of Technical Program Management experience
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale, multi-platform technology programs
  • Strong experience with AdTech or Ad Operations systems and workflows
  • Experience working with data-driven platforms or analytics solutions
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence (Monday.com is a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI/ML-driven products or data science teams
  • Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle and data workflows
  • Exposure to forecasting, optimization, or recommendation systems
  • PMP / PMI certification
  • Prior experience in Business Analysis or Product roles
  • Experience working within media, broadcasting, or digital advertising environments
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and data governance principles
