Job Description

TOP NON-NEGOTIABLE SKILLS

  1. 3-5 years of experience administering cloud business systems and SaaS applications in a business systems administrator, business systems analyst, or similar role
  2. Experience administering a Microsoft cloud environment, including Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and Microsoft 365 - user lifecycle management, licensing, groups, and access controls
  3. Experience managing integrations between cloud applications - Celigo or a comparable iPaaS platform - including troubleshooting data flows end to end
  4. Working knowledge of core business processes (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report) and how they are implemented and supported in an ERP
  5. Practical, hands-on experience using generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot) to improve productivity and solve problems, and a working understanding of how AI features and tools integrate with cloud business systems

WHAT WOULD MAKE THIS HIRE STAND OUT

  1. NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, NetSuite Administrator) or demonstrated equivalent expertise
  2. Hands-on administration experience with Shopify, Zendesk, Smartsheet, or Expensify
  3. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and experience with SSO/SAML and SCIM-based automated provisioning
  4. Familiarity with IT service management or ticketing systems, change management practices, and security best practices

Key Responsibilities:
Administer, maintain, and improve the NetSuite ERP environment, including roles and permissions, saved searches, workflows, custom records and fields, forms, dashboards, and scheduled processes
Manage and monitor integrations between business systems using Celigo, including building and maintaining integration flows, troubleshooting sync errors, and ensuring data integrity across platforms
Administer and support our connected business applications - including Shopify, Zendesk, Smartsheet, and Expensify - handling configuration, user provisioning, troubleshooting, and vendor escalations
Manage the user lifecycle across our Microsoft environment, including Entra ID account provisioning and deprovisioning, Microsoft 365 administration, licensing, group management, and access controls
Administer single sign-on (SSO) and application access for our business systems portfolio, maintaining least-privilege access and security best practices such as MFA and conditional access
Partner with Finance, Operations, and other business stakeholders to gather requirements, and work with the Director of Applications to prioritize and implement system configurations, automations, and process improvements
Serve as a key stakeholder and hands-on participant in AI initiatives across our business systems, helping evaluate, pilot, configure, and adopt AI capabilities in NetSuite, Zendesk, Microsoft 365 (Copilot), and related tools in partnership with the role or team owning company-wide AI implementation
