Infrastructure Program Manager - Remote - 6+ Months Contract

Key Requirements & Program Scope

• Project Allocation: The Program Manager will independently manage two key Infrastructure projects within the Operations domain.
  • Project 1 Focus: Tech Alignment for various Services getting rolled out regularly – Aligning existing technology stack and infrastructure to support those new services along with operational dashboarding and reporting rollouts.
  • Project 2 Focus: Broader Infrastructure/Operations delivery. Did not specify the details as it is confidential
• Technical Knowledge & Environment:
  • Infrastructure Expertise: Must possess strong domain knowledge in IT infrastructure (Servers, Storage, and associated governance/policies). Hands-on technical configuration skills are not required, but conceptual knowledge is mandatory.
  • Tech Stack / Ecosystem:
    • Cloud: Hybrid environment leveraging Azure (Primary) and AWS (Secondary).
    • On-Premises: Multi-site European Data Centers hosting heterogeneous server hardware (e.g., Dell).
• Leveraging AI & Productivity Tools:
  • Expected to utilize Client-approved AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot and other internal AI applications) to streamline PMO artifacts, including automated meeting notes, risk/issue identification, and program documentation.
• Seniority & Delivery Ownership:
  • Certification: PMP required (Must be a seasoned PM).
  • Autonomy: Expected to quickly understand Client’s internal processes and governance frameworks to drive programs independently without
