Mitarbeiter (w/m/d) Betriebstechnik Sanitär-Heizung-Klima | Hohenwestedt, Germany | On-site We are seeking a skilled Technician for Building Operations in Sanitary, Heating, and Climate systems to join a leading healthcare provider known for its commitment to specialized medical care and interdisciplinary collaboration. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient technical operation of a major medical facility. The Role • Perform technical maintenance, including inspections, repairs, and renewals of sanitary, heating, and climate systems. • Conduct technical checks, process service requests, and perform regular technical walk-throughs. • Coordinate and supervise external subcontractors, ensuring proper execution and acceptance of their work. • Contribute to technical projects, supporting energy management initiatives for increased efficiency. • Manage technical data, document all performed services, and ensure compliance with regulations. • Participate in on-call services to respond promptly to any facility-related disruptions. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in the SHK (Sanitary, Heating, Climate) sector with several years of professional experience. • Solid knowledge of relevant technical regulations and their practical application. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical challenges efficiently. • Proficiency in using IT systems, including MS Office and ideally CAFM applications. • A commitment to teamwork, service orientation, and a willingness for continuous professional development. • Possession of a valid driver's license (Class B).
