The Role • Operate and manage production machinery, ensuring adherence to operational specifications. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during production runs and setup processes. • Uphold high-quality standards through diligent inspection and implementation of corrective actions. • Accurately document material, quantity, and time bookings, including using SAP. • Support maintenance personnel with repair and servicing tasks. • Perform routine machine maintenance according to predefined schedules. What You'll Need • Completed technical apprenticeship, e.g., as a Machine and Plant Operator, Automotive Mechatronics Technician, or similar. • Relevant professional experience is advantageous. • Proficiency in quality and hygiene standards. • Familiarity with SAP is a plus. • Strong German communication skills. • Willingness to work in a two-shift system, with the option for a three-shift system.
