Service Designer - End-to-End Learning & Infrastructure

University of Melbourne is seeking a Service Designer to lead end to end service design across FEIT workshops, makerspaces, and informal spaces, shaping safe and inclusive learning experiences.

You will conduct user research, map journeys, and translate needs into clear service models, blueprints, and prototypes. Collaborate with academics, technical staff, and infrastructure leaders to embed new standards and drive improvements.
