About the Role

Step into a pivotal role where you will directly shape the future of global logistics and infrastructure within a dynamic Launch and Expansion team. This is an incredible opportunity to drive critical infrastructure projects and network strategy, playing a crucial role in optimizing the existing operational network to facilitate ambitious growth plans. As a visionary leader, you will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across various domains, including Supply Chain, Transportation, Engineering, and Infrastructure, partnering closely with diverse stakeholders. If you are a natural self-starter with strong ownership, exceptional project management skills, and a “think big” attitude, this role offers significant opportunities for leadership, innovation, and collaboration, directly contributing to the success of a robust and efficient delivery network that serves all business lines and delivery types.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of maintenance and infrastructure projects across an assigned region, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and high-quality standards.
• Plan and oversee upgrades to existing sites, including office spaces, optimization of the shop floor, and building infrastructure to support fleet operations.
• Collaborate with operations teams to establish and elevate performance standards at the site level.
• Coordinate with diverse cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, real estate, design and construction, and engineering, to ensure comprehensive project success.
• Develop comprehensive business cases and strategic documents for senior leadership approval, including director-level executives.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
• Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience defining program requirements and utilizing data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Proven experience in program or project management.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization initiatives.
• Experience defining and executing program requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience in driving end-to-end delivery and effectively communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience leading process improvements.
• Experience in stakeholder management, adept at dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied organizational levels.
• Experience building processes, managing projects, and developing schedules.
• Master’s degree.
