Job Description

Role : Workday Technical Lead - Studio + Orchestrate

Location - Remote but if we are able to find anyone local in Dallas great

Duration - Long Term contract

Position Purpose: The Workday Technical Lead is crucial in technical design and developing solutions to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust HRIS processes within the Workday system, including the creation of detailed specifications for new integrations in Orchestrate, Studio
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and test complex system integrations and interfaces, ensuring data accuracy and integrity during transformations and EIB loads, thereby

supporting informed decision-making

  • Deliver timely and accurate ad-hoc reports tailored to business and stakeholder needs, leveraging advanced analytical skills to extract valuable insights and support strategic planning.
  • Conduct comprehensive impact analyses for major Workday releases, ensuring that potential disruptions are minimized and enhancements are leveraged to improve HR services
  • Should bring strong Workday Studio, Orchestrate experience with hands on EIB, Custom Reports skills
