The Role • Lead the promotion of the psychiatry portfolio, executing sales and marketing strategies with clinical expertise. • Develop and implement data-driven business plans to maximize sales performance and territory growth. • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders. • Gather market insights and apply comprehensive therapeutic knowledge to identify opportunities. • Navigate reimbursement dynamics and address payer access issues effectively. • Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical regulations and company policies. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. • 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or related healthcare sales. • Proven ability to master complex product knowledge and achieve certifications. • Strong self-starter mentality with excellent communication and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to live within 40 miles of the territory boundaries. • Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
