The Role • Oversee and expand research imaging partnerships within outpatient imaging centers. • Serve as the main point of contact for all research partners, including hospitals, medical groups, CROs, and pharmaceutical companies. • Manage research engagements from initial inquiry through to study completion. • Coordinate internal teams, including scheduling, staffing, and ensuring site readiness. • Track research scans, support pricing, contracts, and invoicing processes. • Identify and support opportunities for growth within the research imaging sector. What You'll Need • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. • Previous experience in healthcare, account management, or a client-facing role. • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities. • Familiarity with medical imaging or a strong willingness to learn. • Knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy standards.
