Mobile Developer

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional Android development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency with Kotlin and strong Java development skills.
• Extensive experience with Android SDK and modern Android development frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow, Navigation Components, and Android Jetpack libraries.
• Strong understanding of MVVM, MVI, or Clean Architecture patterns.
• Experience with Retrofit, OkHttp, Room Database, Hilt, Dagger, and RESTful APIs.
• Proven experience mentoring, coaching, or leading junior developers.
• Experience conducting code reviews and promoting engineering best practices.
• Strong understanding of mobile application security, performance tuning, and scalability.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading Android development teams or serving as a Technical Lead.
• Experience with Firebase, Crashlytics, Analytics, and Push Notifications.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of mobile security best practices and OWASP standards.
• Experience publishing and maintaining applications in the Google Play Store.
