Job Description:

We are seeking an AI Developer with experience in AI-enabled delivery, testing, configuration, and quality practices. The candidate will contribute to the development and enhancement of AI Agent products, including Technical Design Agents, Configuration Agents, and AI Testing/Quality Agents.

·         AI Development – AI-enabled applications and agent products

·         AI Agents – Agent logic, prompts, and behavior refinement

·         AI Testing / Quality – Smoke testing, validation, and quality practices

·         ServiceNow – Platform configuration and technical concepts

·         Technical Documentation – Clear documentation and knowledge sharing

·         Troubleshooting – Technical issue analysis and problem solving

·         Peer Reviews – Code/configuration review and quality validation

·         AI Cloud Architecture – Nice to have

·         Configuration Management – Agent/platform configuration

·         Cross-functional Collaboration – EMEA, APAC, and AMS teams
