We are looking for an experienced TrackWise Consultant. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in TrackWise configuration, custom web service development, and reporting, with a strong understanding of quality management processes in regulated industries (e.g., pharma, life sciences, or medical devices).

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize TrackWise modules to meet business and regulatory requirements
• Design, develop, and maintain TrackWise Web Services for system integrations
• Build and maintain custom reports using TrackWise Crystal Reports
• Collaborate with QA, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into TrackWise solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and compliance with validation standards
• Support system upgrades, testing, and documentation in line with GxP/CSV requirements

Required Skills:

• TrackWise Configuration
• TrackWise Web Service Development
• TrackWise Crystal Reports Development
• 6–15 years of relevant experience in TrackWise implementation/support
• Strong understanding of quality/compliance processes (CAPA, Deviations, Complaints, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup
