Configure, optimize, and sustain the ServiceNow GRC/IRM/TPRM platform to improve risk visibility, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

Must Haves: 

• Hands-on ServiceNow GRC/IRM/TPRM configuration experience.
• Experience with workflow design and automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and platform support skills.
• Understanding of risk, compliance, and governance processes.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow development standards and change control practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and enhance ServiceNow GRC and IRM applications.
• Design workflows, controls, assessments, and automations.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.
• Develop workflow diagrams, standards documentation, and SOPs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform defects.
